1. Service Regions
Domestic Shipping (India)
We deliver across all major cities, towns, and rural areas in India using trusted logistics partners. Serviceability may vary based on pin code availability, courier coverage, and regional regulations.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries, subject to customs regulations and courier availability. If you’re unsure whether your location is eligible, please contact our support team at info@khyatinternational.com
Note: All the international orders will have to adhere to the import regulations of the recipient country. Khyat International will not be responsible for non-clearance or seizure by customs.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed between 1 to 2 working days from the date of receipt of full payment. Processing involves picking the product, quality inspection, safe packaging, and handover to the courier.
Exceptions:
Bulk or B2B orders might take extra time.
In exceptional circumstances of stock shortage or technical difficulties, customers will be informed without delay.

Shipping charges are computed at the time of check-out based on:

Delivery pin code or international zone
Type of shipping chosen

Free standard shipping in India on orders over
Subsidized rates for repeated or subscription customers
Real-time courier integration for precise rate calculation (on website, if necessary)
5. Packaging and Safety Precautions
All items are dispatched in tamper-proof, pharmaceutical-grade packaging to ensure:
Product safety and integrity
Light, moisture, and temperature protection (where applicable)
Discreet labeling (for sensitive or medical-related items)
Careful checking of each package prior to dispatch (to ensure our quality control standards are met)
6. Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped:
You will get a confirmation email and/or SMS with the courier name, tracking number, and tracking link.
You can also track your order on our website under “My Orders“ (in case account-based).
If tracking information is not received within 48 hours of the order, please contact our customer service team.
7. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues
Missed Deliveries:
Our courier partners make 2–3 attempts.
In case of delivery failure because of unavailability of the customer or wrong address, the order can be returned to origin (RTO).
Return of re-dispatched orders can cost extra shipping.
Change of Delivery Address:
Address changes are allowed within 4 hours of ordering or prior to dispatch of the shipment.
The address cannot be changed once the shipment has been dispatched.
8. Delays and Service Interruptions
While we make every effort to fulfill our delivery timelines, there are external circumstances that, at times, lead to delays, including:
Natural disasters or adverse weather
Lockdowns or government restrictions in certain regions
Courier service outages or strikes
Peak volumes (e.g., celebrations, promotions)
We do not take responsibility for delays under such circumstances but will do our best to help and inform you in real time.
9. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
Damaged Shipments:
If your package is visibly damaged, torn, opened, or leaking when you receive it:
Do not receive delivery.
Get clear photos of the package.
Notify us in 24 hours at [Insert Support Email] with order information and photos.
Missing Items / Partial Orders:
Inform us promptly if items are missing from your order.
We may ask for unboxing videos or package pics to investigate and process replacements/refunds.
Lost in Transit:
If your order indicates “Delivered“ but you have not received it, or the courier is unable to find your shipment, we will escalate with the shipping partner and rectify the matter within 7 working days.
10. Customs, Taxes & Duties (For International Orders)
The international customer is liable for:
Customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and compliance with any regulatory requirements
Supplying all documentation required if asked by customs or courier
Seizures or delays on account of non-compliance with customs are not Khyat International‘s responsibility.
