This Refund and Returns Policy delineates the circumstances under which returns, replacements, and refunds are made.

Owing to the nature of our products pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements a set of strict guidelines has to be adhered to in order to ascertain safety, quality control, and compliance with regulations.

1. Non-Returnable Products (Strict No-Return Category)
In 
accordance with health and hygiene policies, the following items are absolutely non-returnable:

Products 
which have been opened, used, or partly consumed.

Products which do not come with original packaging, label, batch number, or tamper-proof seal.

Products 
which were damaged due to negligence in handling or storage after delivery.

Products returned after more than 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

Products 
bought with special promotion, clearance sale, or labeled as non-returnable.”

Products bought from unauthorized retailers or resellers.

Note: For safety and regulatory 
purposes, once a product is out of our supply chain, it cannot be reused or resoldso returns are strictly limited.

2. 
Conditions Eligible for Return, Replacement, or Refund
You 
can initiate a return or replacement only if the following conditions are fulfilled:

a. Wrong Product Delivered
The product 
delivered is not as per your order (e.g., different SKU, variant, or formulation).

b. Damaged Product
The 
product arrives in a physical condition of damage (e.g., broken seal, leaking bottle, crushed package).

Photographic or video 
evidence of damage should be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.

c. Expired or Near-Expiry Product
Received product is beyond expiration date or will expire within 3 months of delivery, unless previously notified.

d. Manufacturing Defect
There 
exists an authentic defect in packaging or formulatione.g., strange color, odor, or texture (must be reported immediately).

denied claims, we will give a valid reason for denial.

Note: Unauthorized returns or shipments without our 
approval will not be accepted.

4. Refunds
Once the returned 
item is received and checked, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:
In case of an approval, the refund will be made via the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank account, etc.) within 7–10 business days.

You will 
be notified by email once the refund is processed.

Refund Deductions:
The original shipping fees and any applicable transaction charges are non-refundable except in the event of:

Delivery of 
incorrect product

Manufacturing defect

Damage to products during transit

5. Replacements
If you
‘d like a replacement (rather than a refund), we will:

Send a replacement product free of charge.

Send the replacement within 3–5 business days from return authorization.

Note: Replacement is subject to 
stock availability. If out of stock, a full refund will be given.

6. Order Cancellations
Pre-Shipment:
Orders 
may be canceled without charge if requested prior to dispatch.

Post-Shipment:
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled since we deal with regulatedsensitive products.

7. Exceptions & Disclaimers
Reparked returns from a single buyer without proper justification will lead to limiting further transactions.

Khyat International 
will have the discretion to refuse any return, refund, or replacement request in case of suspected misuse, fraud, or abuse of the policy.
